General Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager

The primary responsibility of a Buc-ee’s store General Manager/ Assistant General Manager is to sustain an optimum level of CLEAN, FRIENDLY and IN-STOCK in the store asset assigned. You will receive training necessary to execute the following elements to a very high standard: • Recruit, train and manage a crew of 20-150 people • Build a high performance team • Deliver customer satisfaction • Manage the product offerings • Achieve financial goals Requirements: • Business acumen • History of integrity and service • Passion for the retail business • Solid references for achieving great customer service, team leadership and work ethic • Related management experience is preferred • Degree or equivalent experience is preferred General Store Managers and Assistant General Managers are required to work a minimum of 48 hours per week including most weekends and holidays and be available 24/7 for store needs.
