Food Service Manager

Hotel group has opening for Food Service manager in mid-sized, mid-level Sacramento area facility.

In this role, you'll need to be expert in testing cooked food by tasting and smelling it to ensure palatability and flavor conformity.

You will also investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality (working with head chef), service, or accommodations.

Previous experience as at least a sous Chef highly desireable.
